WHY IT MATTERS
HIP is a European trade platform for hospitality innovation, held annually in Madrid at IFEMA. It convenes hotel procurement officers, restaurant operators, chefs, and hospitality entrepreneurs alongside suppliers and industry leaders. The event hosts the Hospitality 4.0 Congress, focused on trends and new concepts reshaping the sector. The 2027 edition attracts speakers from major chains including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Meliá, and Riu, alongside independent restaurant groups and food service innovators, making it relevant for DMOs tracking hospitality investment, hotel groups evaluating suppliers, and travel-tech firms seeking buyer access.
