What does TourismIntel do?
TourismIntel is an AI-powered travel intelligence platform. We monitor 50+ industry publishers, summarize the news that matters, generate a weekly AI digest, produce a daily audio brief, and surface viral story clusters. Built for DMOs, hoteliers, and travel-tech leaders.
Is TourismIntel free?
The core experience is free forever. PRO (€5.99/month, 7-day free trial) unlocks: full AI Weekly Digest, unlimited bookmarks with folders, extended report archive, Story Clusters, and personalized push alerts.
How do I sign in?
We use passwordless magic links. Enter your email, tap "Send Magic Link", then tap the link in your inbox. No passwords to remember.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by TourismIntel.
To cancel on iPhone / iPad:
- Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
- Find "TourismIntel PRO Monthly"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain PRO access until then.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Request a refund at: reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the TourismIntel purchase, and submit a refund request.
How do I delete my account?
Two ways:
- In the mobile app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- By email: send "Delete my account" to privacy@tourismintel.ai from the email address linked to your TourismIntel account
Deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days (some data may be retained longer if required by Italian tax law for paid subscriptions).

Issues with the iOS app
If the app crashes, fails to load content, or behaves unexpectedly:
- Force-quit the app (swipe up from bottom + swipe away) and reopen
- Check you're on the latest version (open App Store → tap your profile → pull down to refresh; install any update)
- Restart your iPhone
- If still broken, email support@tourismintel.ai with:
- Device model (e.g., iPhone 17 Pro)
- iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version)
- App version (Settings tab in the app → bottom)
- A short description of what went wrong
