WHY IT MATTERS
Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza is Italy's sole trade fair addressing the HoReCa sector comprehensively, drawing hotel operators, restaurant and bar owners, and accommodation providers alongside suppliers of furnishings, beverages, food, kitchen equipment and digital solutions. Held in Lake Garda—a major Italian tourism destination—the event spans four thematic areas (Contract & Wellness, Renovation & Tech, Food & Equipment, Beverage) plus specialised zones for craft beer, mixology and wine tourism. DMOs and hospitality groups use it to source new vendors, explore sustainability and technology innovations, and network with peers; travel-tech companies find buyers evaluating digital transformation tools.
